How to Place an order?
Firstly, you need choose the dress you love;
Secondly you make out the color and the size, then, click “Add to cart”, so the dress has been bought. If you want to buy other thing, you could click “continue shopping”. Otherwise, you could drop “proceed to checkout”;
Last step is click “pay using PayPal”. When you have finished your payment, then, our customer service will send your size form and confirm your dress color.
As your dress will be made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It’s easy – simply ask the person who will be taking your measurements to follow the instructions on our Measuring Assistant. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and color specified. We suggest you inquire the professional dressmaker, so your wedding dress will be fit for you.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If a customer for any reason is not satisfied with your purchase, with no question asked you can simply return it to us within 15 days of the date of the original purchase and have your money refunded as soon as we receive the returned items (excluding shipping and handling costs). It will take us approximately 2 weeks to process your refund.
Lowest Price Guarantee
If a customer finds an item that is exactly the same as one of ours but at a lower price, we will be glad to match that price and refund you the difference upon verification.
